Melbourne Street Art

If I had to describe Melbourne in one word, it would be “quirky”…and I say that in the best possible way! It has such different and eclectic neighborhoods, each with its own personality and vibe. It is such a vibrant and unique city and I’m pretty sure we hadn’t even been here 48 hours before I was declaring that I could absolutely live here.

Melbourne is known for being a source of inspiration for artists of all kinds and after only a few days here, it is easy to see why. You can lose yourself wandering through the different alleys and laneways in the city admiring the graffiti and murals. Hosier Lane in particular is astonishing. I think you could visit daily and see something different as the artists are constantly covering up each other’s work to start fresh on a new masterpiece!
